"I actually met Mr Tolbert while my company was making a repair at his home. He hung out with us as we made our repair and he was a genuine pleasure to work with, conversational and easy going. One of my coworkers spoke to him about car insurance, and I thought "why don't i talk to him about insuring my Sprinter van, I have nothing to lose to inquire about a policy quote. " so I did inquire about insurance through office. Mr Tolbert's staff is as cordial and pleasant to work with as he is. When the quote came to me, the cost for the policy was better than I've seen in my life, about ¼ of what my cost had been previously (I did however move move the northeast). An honor to do business with you and I wish the agency the best!!!"

"I switched to Duane Tolbert State Farm a few years back and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made that have been amazing. All of his staff is absolutely wonderful and Duane is as well. Recently I needed a copy of my insurance cards because I lost mine and Aimee Vice got them to me with in minutes and was sweet and professional! Couldn’t ask for a better insurance company!"
